Fun In the Sun

Sweet Peas

I was able to take one of my student's picture along with his sister on Memorial Day on a farm. Cole is such a sweet student. If you walk by any girl in my class you may see his name on their paper with a heart around it or you may see his name on a girl's hand. Taylor is just as sweet too. You can spot her out in a class by her adorable smile. They are two sweet peas. :)

Sabine is absolutely gorgeous. Her eyes are to die for and she is definitely a perfect match for Ella. They both can hold their own! :)

I took Jordan and Haylee's prom pictures on Friday and had a wonderful time. They were such good sports.

Morning Routine

Ella and I see this cow everyday on our way to school. I couldn't resist taking his picture this morning.

Daddy's Hands

Now these are some hard working hands. My mom and daddy have always worked hard for what they have and here are my dad's hands to prove it. Growing up, my sister and I did lots of chores and never got allowance. If I ever brought up the subject of getting money for doing things my daddy would say, "You live here don't you?" or "You are just earning your keep." It was a hard lesson to learn as a kid, but I have finally gotten it. Thanks mom and dad!

From playdates to chores....

We have had a few playdates over the past few weeks. We have had our fair share of fun, but then reality hits and we have to get back to our chores. :)
I am teaching her to earn her keep (as my dad used to tell me). :)
